Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Kenny Perez
Double board certified psychiatrist and a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association with extensive training at one of the world’s leading institutions. While at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Perez had the opportunity to train under world renowned experts in psychotherapy, TMS, addictions, ADHD, depression, bipolar and anxiety disorders. He held leadership positions both at the University level and at regional academic organizations. He is a certified and published expert in the field of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and is directly involved with patient care, direction and supervision of the TMS program at Elevate TMS.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Padam Bhatia
Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology as well as a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. A Virginia native, Dr. Bhatia completed his undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with honors and became determined to pursue a calling in medicine. He received his doctorate in medicine from Sidney Kimmel Medical College (formerly Jefferson Medical College) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he completed his medical training and fell in love with the field of psychiatry. His passion led him to serve as chief resident in adult psychiatry at Zucker Hillside Hospital in New York, one of the premier independent psychiatric hospitals in the country.
Dr. Bhatia has expertise in electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and complementary and alternative medications (CAM). As CEO of Elevate TMS, Dr. Bhatia is directly involved in patient care.
